Ingredients
1 kg hedge-mustard
1 kg sweet potatoes
1/2 kg potatoes
2 garlic cloves
olive oil
1 kg ribs of pork
salt
PREPARATION
Clean the hedge-mustard and cut in pieces
Clean very well and drain off till their ink is gone
Put boiling together the jaramagos in 4 litrs water with ribs, oil, salt, garlic
After 1 hour add the sweet potatoes and potatoes.
